Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. The service
Pyvorin provides a Python acceleration compiler, thin client, and related services. Use of the compiler under a paid or trial subscription is governed by the subscription agreement in the customer portal; these terms govern use of this website.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site: no unauthorised access attempts, no scraping that degrades service, no unlawful content submission through our forms.
3. Trials & billing
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. Annual billing includes two months free (a 17% saving). You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Pricing is seat- and support-based — we do not meter compile jobs.
4. Intellectual property
The Pyvorin name, logo and site content are the property of Pyvorin Ltd. Your code remains yours: compiling with Pyvorin grants us no rights over your source or outputs.
5. Benchmark claims
Figures shown on this site labelled as preview or illustrative are internal lab results on disclosed reference hardware. Your results depend on your workload and hardware — the trial exists so you can measure your own.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise, the site is provided “as is” and our aggregate liability for website use is limited to £100.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
