3. Data minimisation
We collect the minimum needed for each purpose. Analytics is off by default and loads only after you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (via for cookie consent). Email privacy@pyvorin.com — we respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
5. Subprocessors & transfers
We use a small number of vetted subprocessors (hosting, transactional email). Where data leaves the UK, transfers rely on adequacy regulations or UK-approved safeguards (IDTA / UK addendum to EU SCCs). A current subprocessor list is available on request.
6. Security
TLS everywhere, HSTS, least-privilege access, encrypted storage at rest, and a documented breach-response procedure with ICO notification within 72 hours where required.

We version this policy and note the date above. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
